Help!! Is it 30 (and under) or below 30?

Hello and Congratulations to all those Who qualified. I am so happy for you guys and I hope some permanent solution comes out of this.

Now I just turned 30 three weeks ago !! and everywhere I read it mentions that this EO will benefit people under 30. However, I have come across a few articles such as this one that say 30 year old would qualify too.

Obama said the new policy will benefit some 800,000 illegal immigrants who:
• came to the US before the age of 16
• are currently 30 years old or below
• have lived in the US at least five continuous years
• are in school or are high school graduates or are in the military with good standing, and
• have clean criminal records.

I would qualify if it applies to people that are currently 30. Does anyone know for certain which it is exactly?

Thank you.

Jesus, is this like the fourth thread asking the same question? You qualify, also it wasn't an Executive Order, just a change in policy, we need to stop calling it an EO.

First you need deferred action approved, afterwards you can apply for an EAD.

It's a 2 step process.

Do people actually read? Got damn!! Just read the damn FAQs instead of wanting to be spoon-fed with every single piece of information.
