i saw Rand Pauls CNN interview, he said that Durbin is fucking adamant that DA Relief should be included in any guaranteed must pass legislation.

he was just flabbergasted by the notion, because there is no such thing as guaranteed passage of anything. lol

obviously it wasnt a guaranteed pass on Friday, since it fell 10 votes short of cloture. lol

i guess he was just trying to make a point that there is nothing guaranteed 100% in means of passage in the Congress.
