A SCOTUS ruling in favor of Trump administration is bad publicity for the GOP and good for the Democrats. This is not good for Trump. This should be a factor in mobilizing people to vote. |

Trump's approval rating hits highest point of presidency
https://thehill.com/homenews/adminis...-of-presidency Obama's approval rate was about the same when he got re-elected in 2012. There is a very high chance of 4 more years of Trump. |

Let’s say the court rules against us. With the elections being so close, Pres. Trump does a 180 and instead says he will leave DACA intact because “unlike Democrats he cares more about the Dreamers”.
Now granted we all know the truth, if he indeed does that, politically it could be a huge win for him. He won’t lose his base because regardless of what he does they will always vote for him and by doing this he can lock in the Hispanic votes in key states. I mean this is a long shot but it’s plausible. |

Does anyone have any idea on what the cut off date would be for renewals to be sent in in case SCOTUS rules against DACA it is that something we’ll just have to wait for?

With the whole Epstein arrest and revelations over the last few days and Trump responding in total panic, don't be surprised if we find out the yuge orange clown was participating in this sick sex trafficking of minors. Do you ever think maybe he was separating children, so that he can sell them off into these sex trafficking operations? Wouldn't be far fetched.
Imagine that. The man calling Mexicans rapist, turns out to be the rapist (that he truly is). |

Everyone here should be pressuring Congress and organizing for the DreamAct.
Especially after the fiasco with Pelosi and the House bill. |

More like Trump will personally ensure he gets deported to Zimbabwe. That's the VIP treatment.

Democrats just dont stand a bloody chance in hell. Be realistic people, our peak was when we were going to be traded for the wall. Even if the senate or the house or whatever attempt to pass a bill it will just get stuck somewhere, specially when we got brain dead idiots like united we dream not willing to compromise. We are not special, we will be eliminated. |

Re: DACA case to be argued at the Supreme Court on November 12
I really hope Trump and dems can come to an agreement now. Something equal to or better than USA ACT for border security and maybe trade visa lotto GCs for merit based. If that doesn't happen, then best chance is dems having legislative and executive branch control in 2020. The fact that DACA is being left on the table during election season is a terrible move from republicans. Even 75%+ support DACA from conservative sources so there won't be many republicans voting because they don't want DACA. It'll only energize the democratic base and pull latino votes away from republicans. People forget that California used to be republican and the reason why they flipped blue is because how immigrants were treated and now California is a democratic stronghold since 1990's. This is why Texas used to be 20 points republican now Cruz only won by 2.6% in the latest election. The stories on how children are being treated at the border is extremely bad for Trump. When you separate kids from their parents it transcends politics because before governments, countries, or even societies, there was family. I strongly doubt any voter would vote to keep this going and a voter would more likely to vote for Trump if this isn't happening.
1 year from now, we'll all get to see the end of this DACA movie. There aren't any more interventions that can happen to delay the ending. |
