This has nothing to do with the BRIDGE Act! It's just how the history of the court works, big cases are always saved for last.

The Executive order/memo has to take proper steps in order to rescind it.
Sessions did not take the proper steps so that is why there is a lawsuit. Not that DACA is legal or illegal.

Trump can rescind it at any time through executive powers but has to follow the proper steps.

He is just trying to use us a leverage.

Well i hope they take the case on monday. I am tired of waitig. It will be good for us if they take the case because they can maybe put daca back on the negotiation table.
