On Tuesday, a new policy kicks in
Sinister
On Tuesday, a new policy kicks in, allowing officers with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to outright deny any visa or green card application that is missing evidence or contains an error. https://www.propublica.org/article/a...-to-fix-errors |
Re: On Tuesday, a new policy kicks in
Not like we can apply for one anyway

Omgs sinister... This is getting old.
I advice you use a competent lawyer when applying. |
Re: On Tuesday, a new policy kicks in
scaryy crap but doesn't apply to us at the moment :)

Re: On Tuesday, a new policy kicks in
Well if you lack evidence or have errors then by definition it should be denied. Makes sense to me. Pretty crazy that they were approving without evidence.
Looks like the world is righted back into rightful order. |
Re: On Tuesday, a new policy kicks in
You guys forget that its USCIS that approves/denys our DACAs..? What makes you guys think this also won't be applicable to us as well?

I am thinking they are trying to raise the standard for computing purposes.

Re: On Tuesday, a new policy kicks in
What I want to know, when they deny them, is a rejection or plat out denial that they can't apply again?
