Bro, we gotta take any win as a win. No matter how small. Atleast it will get delayed till the fall now, more time for people to renew.

And since they didnt take it this spring-summer, Trump cant use the reason hes waiting on SCOTUS to make a deal. He gotta make a deal now!!!

What u mean? He said DACA is not on the table till SCOTUS decides on DACA.

Obviously they didnt take it. So what is he waiting for on DACA then?

No take == no action is required. We get to keep *thanks* to 9th. status quot.

No take does not necessarily mean DACA stays.

POTUS can end it when he wants. He does not want to end it because of bad optics. He'd prefer SCOTUS end DACA, so he can save face.

Bro, id take status quo right now.

Even if scotus takes action on daca there is no chance that something will pass for us.

Just restore full DACA + AP.

if SCOTUS declines to hear the case and we open the government.

Can we sue to get AP back?

Wasnt it NY or CA that ordered a full restoration of DACA? Im guessing full restoration means that AP is included?

I'm of the same opinion. DACA is better than nothing.
