Hello everybody!

Just wondering, how many of you are going to start sending your renewals already? I mean we technically can send it correct? I expire in August and I should be sending it by February to get it on time. Just want to know your thoughts.

Send it and report back. However, i suggest waiting until USCIS to say they're ready to start receiving renewals again.

The last date to renew was Oct 8th I believe. Only people whose EAD/DACA expires between Sept 5th ,2017 - March ??,2018 could’ve renewed. Anyone whose cards expire after March unfortunately has to hope congress passes this bill.

Long story short, a federal judge is ordering USCIS to continue receiving DACA renewals:

This is very likely to get appealed by the justice department. So, keep an eye on the USCIS page for updates.

I'm going to send my renewal as soon as the USCIS updates.

Talk to a lawyer. He said USCIS can just sit on your application since they will take directions from Trump.
