I did not look too deep into this, but it seems the text is EXACTLY the same as the Senate DREAM Act.

Yeah, but I heard the House's DREAM has an age limit 21 or under, I'm correct?

I looked at it and i didnt find a age limit. how did you get this idea?

I think the confusion over age limit comes from the fact that DREAM and SAA are being mixed up. The Student Adjustment Act is House bill from the past (from 2001 maybe). I haven't heard of it being introduced in the House this Congress session. It had an age limit of 21.

Thats probably the reason. I skimmed through it and it seems exactly the same.
So even if this immigration reform bill fails, DREAM is still on the tip of Durbin's tounge and it is now in the House as well.

Sorry about that, I think that I might have mixed it up with the SAA like monatilla said. Let's see what happens today, if the Senate will pass the compromise today.
