need advice!
 

hello everyone,
i currently have had daca for about 4 years now (renewed 2015), and im about to renew it once again. heres where it gets complicated i got charged with possession of marijuana last year. never got arrested or fingerprinted. went to court and made an agreement with the prosecutor that if i stayed clean for six months he would drop all the charges. well thats coming up this may, as well as get it expunged. i have nothing else on my record.

and i would like to know what should i include in my daca renewal?
what time frame should i expect the process will take?
from what i have read possesion is not a sig misdeameanor?
Do dismissed cases mean that i might not even eligible?

also my daca expires mid june the reason i had waited this long is i wanted the court situation to be over with so i would have the proper documentation to send in. anyone with a similar situation id appreciate your response.

Also id like to apologize to the community as im aware of how blessed i am to have daca.

Dismissed should mean nothing on your record, so to my knowledge you shouldn't panic over it. I know easier said than done, they might request dismissal records though. Not judging, but take this as another opportunity since if you would've been convicted bye bye DACA.
