You can just say "Hi, I am calling to urge senator ________ to please support the DREAM Act. Thank you."
That's it! If you can't do something as simple as that, then I feel sorry for you.

Make sure to mention that Pres. Obama supports the DREAM Act when you leave a message. Esp. for Sen. Hagan and McCaskill!

Awesome, thanks for gathering the info and putting it here. Make sure you also remind them that the DREAM Act would be an excellent stimulus policy, it would create a short-term boost and it would ensure economic prosperity in the long term. I, for one, already have my degree and would be working and paying taxes ASAP.

C'mon people. I keep calling and none of them are full which means there's still plenty of room for more voice messages. It's only 3 senators guys. There's like 20 of us here and if only a handful of us are calling it's gonna be pretty obvious that it's the same person.
