Do you feel sorry for this dreamie?
Quote:
I don't feel sorry for him one bit. We all know driving without a license is risky, but driving under the influence on top of that? What a moron. |
Re: Do you feel sorry for this dreamie?
hmm...sometimes you just gotta man up and take the consequence. Even if DREAM passes if he gets caught doing that he'll probably face the same consequences so this is unrelated to DREAM because he's pretty much blackballed himself now.

He is even trying to play the race card there. |
Re: Do you feel sorry for this dreamie?
I don't understand why he's blaming being brought here for his stupid irresponsibility. I just think in our situations we should try and avoid unnecessary problems.

Hey, we're humans, we tend to fuck up every now and then.
Do I feel sorry for anyone? No |
Re: Do you feel sorry for this dreamie?
Let he who is free of sin cast the first stone..
In all honesty, I just wish we were treated the same under the law. I dislike drunk drivers as much as the next guy (had 4 family members killed by one); but I just don't see how the guy has to be unduly punished. on the other hand, he knew full well what commiting a crime in his legal situation would lead to. Now demanding is just BS, he should be begging, not demanding. |
Re: Do you feel sorry for this dreamie?
Driving without a License is risky enough and then he is under the influence, damn what a moron!!!!

Re: Do you feel sorry for this dreamie?
This guy should not have brought DREAM into all of this, its irrelevant. It's very selfish of him ... he has to be aware of the stigma placed on the undocumented and the damage this can cause (to DREAM's chances). It's as if he had not read it and known of its stipulations, "good moral character"...and if he did then he knew what he was risking.

Re: Do you feel sorry for this dreamie?
Its not the fact that he was driving without a license (which he shouldn't be doing in his situation), but we can at least understand that cause we know it can be frustrating, but to be DUI is just not smart and inexcusable. I understand everyone makes mistakes, but dreamers don't get chances to mess up like that, not fair, but thats reality.

Re: Do you feel sorry for this dreamie?
While it's unfair that he gets nailed because of his status as opposed to other people, I don't understand why a dreamie would drive intoxicated.
