W-8BEN form
 

well like a week an a half ago i recieved a W-8BEN from bank of America and I'm kind of lost on what to fill out. so has anybody recieved this form too and if you did can you help me out, thanks.

I wish I could help you silly dancing white dude in avatar dreamer.

I get someone to fill my taxes for me, I give them my forms and other paperwork and they do the rest. I should do it on my own but they only charge me 25 and they are reputable. Yes, I include this form in my taxes.
