What she said is true. She is talking about CIR, but of course, DA is part of the whole immigration reform. But since DA is targets on the children and educated young people, it's still very popular than CIR.

But still, it makes a good point, the unemployment: like who wants to give these educated undocumented a chance to join the work force legally?
