this is a NV problem. The stupidity of NV, they want us to pay for everything. just cuz we don't pay state tax..anyways. It's hard man, harder than getting a health card. I actually got a health card, but wit the TAM, they will ask you for a Valid License/ID..but it has to be Nevada. At least with the health card, they accept other forms of ID.
