Tittle is right, but you realize when you say it like that it sounds like your talking about the Big shambang instead of JUST the NJ dream act that is just in place to give Jersey residents in-state tuition.

In other words... you just scared us a little bit.

no offense, but you need to be more careful about posting titles. There's no need to sensationalize the topic by leaving out important detail like a "NJ" Bill instead of just the "Bill", which many would assume your talking about the DA. Like Dukem88 said, "you just scared us a little bit".
