I find this so obnoxious and irritating, grr. I'm sure they put him there because he's young and black, which is the total opposite of what we would imagine the NumbersUSA bigots are like (old and white). They'll do anything to manipulate people into supporting them because "they're so great and Amerrrican. ". Puh-leasee. His speech sounds unnatural.
