Call Republican Congresspeople

White House showed support on Monday for reform. Schumer announced that he needs ONLY 1 MORE REPUBLICAN to back up immigration reform legislation. We should all contribute a little more focus to republican leaders. I'm from Arizona, so I will contact McCain.

YES!!! McCain!

I live here in AZ. and most immigrants have respects for him as our senator. With strong voices, I have no doubt he could be swayed.

Please call him:
(202) 224-2235 [Washington Office]
Fax: (202) 228-2862
(602) 952-2410 [Phoenix Office]
Fax: (602) 952-8702

Guys, do you not follow politics at all?

McCain is in serious danger of losing his seat to a teabagger; therefore, he has been upping his "conservative credentials" by even going against his own votes in the past.

There is not a chance in hell that he will vote yea on immigration, much less co-sponsor the bill.

And I agree that we should be calling Republican Senators right now, but we must focus on the ones that can realistically step up to the plate:

Richard Lugar
Olympia Snowe
Sam Brownback
Lisa Murkowski
George Voinovich
Susan Collins

There are the things the media say for show, and the things that people here in AZ, like me, know by experience with our senator.

Call me naive, or blind-sided by what they write about McCain in the media, but if I compare what he had offered to the immigrants here in the past versus what J.D. Hayworth is proposing, I would never say NEVER with giving McCain a try.

Just my two cents.
