SB1070 signed into law
 

Governor Jan Brewer signed Arizona's SB1070 bill into law on Friday.

I really do feel for our friends there. Hopefully good will come out of this later.

forget this law. now focus on DREAM. don't you dare to spend more time defeating this law than fighting for DREAM. they got something, is now our turn.

You guys are mad...? I'm happy. This will trigger immigration reform in which laws like this will be nullified later on.

I know. And she said she wanted to do whats best for Arizona. My ass. She clearly wasn't thinking about what could happen!
Anyway, it will still take 3 months before it could be implemented. I hope this gets to court before then.

I went to take a nap and come back to find out she signed it. Can't say I'm surprised, especially since Obama came out urging for immigration reform...

I'm disgusted, but not shocked.
