CitiAssits student loan for undergrad and grad students
okay after many hours of reading and calling the citiassist line I got an answer that some may like 1st I am a ab540 student who is getting his status fixed via i589 well one can get this loan without a social (international student without a ssn) however you have to provide a visa or u can provide your alien number so yea since most of us don't have a valid visa and some or a few of us have a alien number that should work.....so there u have it one can get a citiassists student loan without a social but with a alien number......and citi is the only loan that does this if im wrong let me know....well hopes this helps ............

Re: CitiAssits student loan for undergrad and grad students
there are several ways to obtain an A number because there are different applications. well i'll give you my example i was able to obtain an A number because i filled out an i-589 application which was sent to homeland security bureau of ctiz & immigration and they received my application so until my asylum application gets deny or approved i'm able to stay in the u.s. so until then they gave me an A number ( i guess its like a ssn for immigrants in the processes of becoming legal)

I am an undocumented immigrant from Mexico. What argument do you present for the asylum application? "Crime problem in Mexico"?
You're lucky Xavier. Take advantage of your situation. I hope everything works out for you. |
