moral character question
 

i was involved in some bad activities but can you check if these disqualify me from dream act eligibilty due to not having a good moral character :sad:

1. Last year at high school i cheated on a test and i got caught. There was no indication on the transcript saying i cheated and she just said don't do it next time.

2. I wanted to make money online so i registered and i had to fill a w-8 tax form or w/e its called and it said write a social security number or tax id number but i put my tax id number instead

3. I swear a lot at school and one of my teachers heard me swearing.

Good moral character is just another way to say clean criminal record. Cheating on a high school test is something noone cares about, even if you got through the W-8 form illegal work still not a criminal offense, i will not comment on #3 and heres what Capt. One time I went to wendy's and ordered a 99c baked potato but the lady gave me a. $2.00 baked potato loaded with bacon bits and cheddar cheese., I didn't return it, I ate it. Do I still qualify for the DREAM ACT?
