Dear, Over 30 crowd.
 
Although DA has not passed nor do we know what sorts of other changes will occur...

...I believe the current version also state that DHS has the right to waive grounds of inadmissibility to promote family unity. Could that mean?!?! That is you have USC relatives you may have a shot? Something to ponder... :wink:

I am not sure what that means. All of my family members are USC.

That doesn't remove the 3/10 year bar either?

No. Since 1989. My brother came here on F1, got work permit and then the company he worked for sponsored him for GC, when he became a USC, he sponsored my mother to get a GC and now my mother will be USC in a month or so. My father passed away a while back.

I'm only 23. But I can't help but think about the over 30 crowd. For all we know, they might just lower the age to 25 and our Golden Child Gaby P. wouldn't qualify... So let's not forget the Dreamers who where 21 or so when it was first introduced.
