come to u.s. as toursit vsia then GET MARRIED

come to u.s. as studdent visa dont go to school even they go to school they study non-sense stuff then they GET MARRIED

so who think marraige is kind of cheating?

Some may come with that idea in mind, but it normally back fires. It isn't nearly as easy as you make it out to be.

I do not think it is cheating, first you need to find someone you like, build a relationship (a real relationship), it may very well last 3-4 years before they get married. If I met an Illegal, built a relationship with her and wanted to marry her then I would, regardless of both our status. If I meet an USC and same things happens well it happens.

Getting a GC should be the last thing on a person's mind anyways when they meet someone.

I don't see anything wrong with a person getting his or her green card through marriage as long as there is no fraud.

yea, my boyfriend loves me and sees my hardship, but he loves me. He's my soul mate, and he wants to marry me. So should I just say no because it would be "cheating", and say no to the person that loves me? Sorry, but finding love is about as hard as getting papers, and NOBODY is going to say no to love.

As for the people that don't do it for love, it is cheating, but you should know the hardships people go through, and I don't condone it, but I do understand it. They want out of the misery that we all have to go through, some more than others, so do you really blame them? Let's not judge them and be more understanding. It's already a hard world out there without making it even more difficult for ourselves
