I got into a Car Accident.
 

It was pretty bad both cars got totaled. I was really scared i thought i killed someone.
I was not drunk nor high.
Will this affect my chances at getting in under the Dream Act?

I have court Jan 10, 20111

I did get arrested and they know about my status. I'm 18

Will i get deported after court, also will i be drug tested :oops:?

I live in the state of GA.

What part of Georgia do you live in? What caused the accident? Did you post bail? I too live in ga and in the county I live in if you get caught driving without a licence or they find out your Stauts it's immediate DEPORTATION! But since your out depending on what caused the accident I think you'll ok. Just be strong and prepare for court buddy
