I feel like those against the bill won their argument...
 

So as a common dreamer, we would say "we had no choice in breaking the law."

BUT, you never broke the law if you entered under 18, BUT, being here over 18 is voluntarily breaking the law (unless your parents just wouldn't let you go). How do we combat that argument?

this is about being a human not about breaking the law . if you go back home what are you going to do there. nothing to do, some people may even die if they go back home

Sure I could go back to Venezuela, but what kind of future would I have there? The situation has progressively gotten worse. Communism is not my cup of tea. I rather be illegal here or anywhere else, than legal in my own country where I know the possibilities of accomplishing anything are nonexistent.

yeah, but how much can you accomplish being illegal here. sure we can work, but what kind of jobs can an undocumented person do here?

Can accomplish a lot in a foreign country with an American education, you would be surprised. There is a lack of that.
I have contacts and definitly have a job lined up too, I was told there are jobs looking for native english speakers in the papers all the time for others interested.

Maybe we should get together and see where everyone goes. Then maybe we have someone who can speak english to talk to and hang out with from time to time.
