he's still speaking. He mentioned that Hatch was arguing with him when first introduced bill last year about whose name would be listed first. And he's calling out some of Session's arguments.

I'm so glad Durbin called out the lie anti's were trying to get around about blanket waiver provision that if you read carefully did not exist.
