This leaves any possibility of bringing it up again this year because Reid voted for it. If he had voted against it he would of had the power to bring it up again which is unlikely tho

because this ISNT a parliamentary democracy where senators or reps have to vote among party lines. Stop blaming Reid and Dems for this, it was the vast majority of republicans who didnt vote for it.
