what are the biggest reasons that you can't go back?

what are some of the biggest reason that you can't go back to you home country?

Some here decided to go back to their homeland and it appears they are doing well?

What are your reasons why you don't want to go back??

Aside from the usual, my long time gf that I so dearly love is here. She said she will come with me after she is done with her masters in 3 years, but that puts both of us under allot of pressure. I feel like I ruined her life, even though I never mean to.

I can't adjust status through her because I already have an order of deportation. The burden to prove the marriage to these bureaucrats is higher. They want you married for 5 years, filling taxes for years, having 3+ kids that are either autistic or can't function without a Slim Jim.

My own biggest reason is that I want to pursue a higher degree in criminal justice. In my country, getting mixed up with such politics; will have you disappear within weeks, your remains would be found along the train tracks next to a bottle of gasoline.

Those are my reasons aside from the "usual" I came when I was only 7 yrs old, etc.

Nothing really. There really is no excuse for me to throw away my life living here. I am going to Mexico, one of the best 3rd world countries there is lol. Plus, I am going to earn around $20,000 from my websites this year that should pay for tuition at a UK university.

I've been here since I was around a year old. Most of my family lives here in the United States. Going back to my home country would be a really stupid decision because I have nowhere to go to and, on top of that, the majority of my family here, including my parents, will be able to legalize in a few years.

You can't get a job in my country. But if I get a degree here, then I may have a chance. If DA doesn't pass in five years (when I get my master's), I am leaving.

I'd rather not post because they could appear in a google search and my identity will be exposed on this site lol.

I was one of the lucky ones. My parents were able to put me through school in the US. And I have a degree in the US. If i go back, I have nothing, but a very basic grasp of the language back home.

I don't speak the language of my home country. I don't understand the culture.

I won't have opportunities out there. I'll lose my friends and my family and a place I consider home.

And most of all, if I leave, I will be complicit with injustice. The American immigration system is committing an act of injustice against me, by refusing to allow me to legalize my status, or at least leave the country and reapply as a normal person. Instead of accepting their injustice, I remain, awaiting a reform of the law that will bring justice to my situation.
