Problem is I have no idea how to SIR. Do I send in the affidavit before or after?

after they should provide u with one and the director of residence or deputy something like that should send u an email and ur affidavit from ucla and that's amazing be proud lol i just got rejected from ucla yesterday whats ur major and gpa? and again congrats not an easy school to get into....
