Ca dream act question
 

Hi guys! I live in CA & now that the dreamact has been passed here what is the next step for me ? Should i start applying to schools & apply for fafsa with no problem? I don't know what to do , any input would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance!

i think CA dream act will not be an actual "law" until next yr. at least thats what i heard. hopefully we could do this fafsa thing this sem tho. i also live in LA,CA. and oh yeah! i think the CA dream act is only for private scholarship allowing us to gain access into it. i dont know much detail because im still waiting for the news. what school r u going to?

I live in the bay area so to a local community college , thank you for the info, I'm just trying to understand everything so I can finally start getting my life on track with school

wait the ab 131 passed already ? cuz i know ab 130 passed

AB 131 has not passed it in suspension

If the Dream act doesn't get out of committee by August 25 or 26 CALI Dream act will be dead!
