I think I've already said this a few times but Fox News was not the original source to report about these good news. They were originally reported by a newspaper called Hoy which is owned by Tribune Publishing.

I don't know. I mantain that it could be a valid news source, but the whole deal sounds sketch. Obama, Durbin, and Napolitano working together behind closed doors? It could be that Obama is finally growing a backbone but for now let's not get our expectations up.

Unfortunately Tyler is on point here. As much as I respect Durbin, don't expect much to come out of this whole "good news" hoax. Even if they grant deferred status halting all deporations, it won't do much.It won't allow us to get drivers licenses and jobs. Compromise on DA is the only "good news" I would welcome with open arms. Nothing less than that. I really don't see how that's possible with a Republican house.
