Father added me to his EB-1 application. what are my chances?
 

so my father is filing out an EB-1 application which our lawyer told us he has a high chance of getting approved. he also added my mother and me to the application. my mother getting it for sure if my dad gets approved but i never got to ask him the chances of me getting it also all he said was it couldnt hurt to give it a try. anyone in here go through this process before? im 23 so i know my chances are slim because im above the 21 limit but just wanted to know if there is a slim chance if any.

Once you're over 21 there's nothing they can do for you unless you wait in your country for your petition. I was over the age limit by the time my parents got their papers. Sucks, but it's more common than you think.
