However, it seems like ACIP asked Obama administration to expand STEM field to Accounting.

do dreamers qualify for STEM? If they do than i can apply for double BS in Actuary studies. i just have to take few additional courses.

I'm just curious because of the bill that Bennet introduced yesterday (which would qualify dreamers under STEM).

Accountancy falls under business, no it's not STEM.

Can dreamers apply for STEM if they have the qualified degree? Or is it only for foreign students.

I have always wondered the same thing. I have a Finance degree with a minor in MIS. Catch is both degrees are considered B.S. from my university because their every math heavy in the curriculum. So again, how do they determine STEM? I mean its one thing to say Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math but how stringent are the requirements for STEM and how understanding are they when it comes how a university evaluates their degrees? Next question, if all else fails do they qualify MIS as a Technology study? Now the even bigger question, do dreamers qualify for STEM?
