Sorry for posting alot but just found out something very frustrating!!!
 

Now first of all i know there's nothing i can do but it still makes me mad! Just need to vent sorry... My uncle (my dad's brother) apparently was going to petition for my dad and then my dad would be able to do the same for my sisters and I. The only reason THAT didn't go through was because my grandma and grandpa from my father's side did not want to sign or do something that was required. Something involving them marrying through the ugh well idk! So yeah they don't get along with my mom or my aunt(my uncle's wife). Their such old cranky people who always call my dad and ask him when he's returning to Mexico and taking us back! Gosh honestly the nerve they have pisses me off... I'm not trying to disrespect them but they really are rude people! My uncle who has two daughters and three sons were fixed so now they are citizens and NONE of them have done anything with their live all high school dropouts and lazy. I just wish you all the best and hopefully the Dream Act passes soon. Sorry for this again lol bye! :)

lol..she's just trying to say that she just found out that her grandparents are the reason that her uncle did not put in an immigration petition to sponsor her dad. The grandparents refused to sign something that was required on the form. ("Something involving them marrying through the ugh well idk!" ??? lol..what?)

The uncle's children has since become citizens, but aren't doing much with their lives, unfortunately (high school dropouts). She's just frustrated and upset that she could be well on her way to becoming legalized, had it not been for the grandparents (they are old, cranky, rude people, and aren't fond of the women their sons married).

I'm sorry to hear that. One positive is that your circumstance has made you a stronger, more determined person, and one day we are going to find a way out of these circumstances. Stay positive, don't dwell on what could have been, and try to finish your education to the best of your abilities.
