any UCLA dreamers here?
 

Hi. I've been struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts for a while now, and I just need someone to talk to about the situations I face. I have friends who know about my status but it's just not the same talking to them about the struggles we face since they don't have to go through them. I just need someone to talk to... I feel like I have all this bottled up feelings that are about to explode. I stopped socializing. My grades have suffered tremendously. I feel like I just put up a face in front of my friends to pretend that everything is okay when it's not. I just really really need to talk with someone who's on the same boat, you know?
I go to UCLA right now. 4th year. korean. If anyone is interested in just having casual hangouts near UCLA, please PM me.

Has anybody else gone through depression because of the status? How did you cope with it?

hope you realize that the fact that you are in your 4th year in UCLA tells you that you are better off than most people

try the counseling center at your school if you can't find anyone
