So, we get a work permit.
And let's say I got a job at big company, and they want to sponsor me to stay here and work for them.

Is it possible to get a sponsorship from a company to get a green card?

Yes, I would presume so. This is what I intend to do as well.

Let's wait for implementation first,generally speaking you must have a non-immigrant status in order to have a change of status within the US.IF the executive decision has implemented this then I would have to say it maybe possible but I haven't read it yet and expect more detail within the coming months first.

I had read somewhere that workplaces weren't allowed to sponsor people for residency. I could be wrong, so I'd say just wait until we know more.

Unfortunately, since this doesn't change the law, it won't be possible. Likelihood of Congress changing those provisions is pretty slim.

Only if you are 245i eligible. I plan on doing this in 6 years when I graduate if I'm still not married. You have to be 245i eligible in order to do this because otherwise you would have to leave the country and start from your home country like most immigrants do. You can't file the I140 from the US. It has to be out of the country.

So any more news on this sponsorship thing.. I know I can get someone to sponsor me, or any chance the startup 2.0 act would work for me if passed with this work permit? :)

Sponsorships are not easy when it comes to work. Temporary work visas are hard enough but to get an immigrant sponsorship, it goes through the department of labor and the company would need a certification that proves they looked and did their best to find a citizen to fill the job and couldn't. Unless you're some sort of genius now days, it's very very difficult. Also, it costs you or the company around $10k.

I just need to know it's possible, I have the resources to take care of the rest.

It's not a work permit per se. It just lets us work under the reasoning that if we don't work we would die of starvation or what have you. And under this authorization we can't be sponsored from what I know as of now. The reason is that we would be undocumented still and in order to gain status we would need a visa, but we don't have anything new under deferred action, or the employment authorization.
