Pro bono Lawyers: Safe?

Hello everyone,

I found some Pro bono legal services in San Diego. I want to think that Pro Bono Lawyers are safe? Unless, people like to volunteer to screw over other people.

Please give me some feedback because I also believe that taking the cheap route can also be expensive.

What? That makes no sense, why would they like to volunteer to screw over people? I think that they are safe, but if you don't trust them, look at their history or their other cases. Just because something else is expensive doesn't mean it's better.

Dude, it's just a question. I just wanted to see if anyone has had some experience with Pro Bono Lawyers.

Yup, my uncle paid his ex-lawyer $20,000 in legal fees and still got deported.
