Documentation sufficient for an individual to demonstrate that he or she was physically present on June 15, 2012, the date the memorandum was issued, includes, but is not limited to: financial records, medical records, school records, employment records, and military records. This makes me worry. I did not really do anything on the 15, what can I do?

Re: About june 15 docs. changes made to USCIS FAQ?
We'll have to wait for the precise languages from the USCIS. I'm sure that a lot of people did not have any major/verifiable activity on the 15. This requirement intrigues me; they're making it hard for many of the Dreamers.

Re: About june 15 docs. changes made to USCIS FAQ?
It seems to me they're just making it a point to ask for documentation showing you were here for five years before June 15 and for documentation showing you were here at some point after June 15, with them assuming you were here on the date if you have both.

Re: About june 15 docs. changes made to USCIS FAQ?
Damn, i didn't do anything, but i have like a report card being mailed to me in the coming weeks. Hopefully that'll show i was sticking around when this passed. By the way, they more than likely won't be asking for you to show proof that you did something on that exact day; they're just making sure you had to be present in this country when this passed.

This shouldn't be complicated at all. Just need a bank statement or credit card statement that shows the billing period of this date.
