Updated process!
 

Hey guys,

There has been an update to the outline of the process around the new policy. However, I don't know/can't find in the page where it is. :(

Let's work together to find what's new.

If you guys don't believe me, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and look to the right - it says "Last Updated: 06/27/2012", which is today/yesterday.

Seems the same to me. The only thing that changed is the date lol...

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this is the update:

"Can individuals appeal a denial by ICE or USCIS of their request for an exercise of prosecutorial discretion under the new process?
No. Individuals may not appeal a denial by ICE or USCIS of their request for an exercise of prosecutorial discretion. However, ICE and USCIS will develop protocols for supervisory review as part of their implementation of the new process. Although there is no right for appeal, individuals in removal proceedings who believe their cases were not correctly handled may contact the ICE Office of the Public Advocate either by phone at 1-888-351-4024 or by e-mail at EROPublicAdvocate@ice.dhs.gov."

It says it was updated. Maybe a repube did it to mess with us.

Lol. I keep looking at the "Last updated" thing but I never see any difference.

The only true update will be when the application process is ready.

I wish I could see something similar so I know what to get ready for and what to gather. I dont understand why I have to prove anything. Doesn't the government already monitor everything about you anyway?

I know it's a long time but you should be happy that Yur gonna getting deported !
I'm anxious too but don't count day by day just hope it happens soon lol
