Tough time get transcript
 

Emailed my high school the request form 3 weeks ago and still nothing. A couple weeks earlier I contacted them about it and they gave me some bullshit about people being on vacation, is anyone getting this? I got plenty of report cards but I figure a transcript couldn't hurt. The HS is several states away

As for me, i dont really plan on getting my high school transcript. I think a high school diploma will be sufficient.

Yeah not too worried about it, I probably won't even take advantage of the memo depending on final reqs and fees. The transcript situation is just insulting and I'm curious about others' experiences. BTW it's an Alabama school, go figure :rolleyes:

I was sent my transcript printed on regular paper lol. Pretty much it's my report cards put together. I think diploma will do to prove the HS requirement.

I think high school transcripts are only needed if you graduated less than 5 years ago, meaning part of those 5 continuous years you need to prove in the US, you were still in high school.

Yes, this post has nailed it. It should be included in a sticky if possible. Proving that requirement is the main purpose behind these transcripts.

Exactly, i graduated in 2005, so I will not include my HS transcript, only the diploma. I will include my college transcripts and diplomas for education requirements.

I got mine today. I went to my school last friday, ordered them to be picked up and they actually had them ready. My HS is in Miami they are open but only from like 7am to 11am... Try emailing the heck out of their system!!!

I would try again, come September. By then, they wouldn't have an excuse.
