Just found out my wife cheated
 

We had dated for 2 years in college and last year she decided she wanted to marry me not only to help me adjust but also so we could lead normal and productive life's together. I sincerely cannot identify what I'm feeling right now. All I know for sure that this is a very painful time for me. Maybe someone out there understands what I'm going through. I know eventually I will have to get over it but having to deal with this, going through the pain just sucks.

Was it a one time thing? Does she know that you already knew? Do you have children together? Did you finish adjusting your status? Do you love her? Can you forgive her? Can you forget her mistake? Is she willing to redeem herself? Can she promise to be faithful? Does she still love you? Is she happy with you? Are you happy with her before discovering this? Was it someone close to you that she cheated with?

What details? I left my home, family and friends to live with her and the in-laws. I am currently working an odd job and giving as much money to her mom as I can. I am in her house, her room alone with no friends since I moved to her neck of the woods as she is currently in Mexico in an exchange program. At first it was ok, you know being together all the time but I guess that fact that I'm undocumented was too much for her. She grew inpatient with having to deal with attorneys and paperwork. She came to believe that I was unworthy and could never be a man since I couldn't give her the glamorous lifestyle this society portrays as true happiness. Details? I am sitting alone in her house, her bed as she's in Mexico begging me not to leave her. I was excited that I was finally going to be documented and I could continue with my education and build a family and home with her. She says she's still willing to help me out with my status no matter what happens between us. She begs not to leave. IDK, my dignity has just been dealt a big blow. Don't know if the green card is worth it.

Yes it was a one time thing. Yes she knows I know, it has been two days since I found out. No children. Haven't adjusted yet. I do love her and that's why it hurts the most. Maybe the down the future I'll be able to forgive her but IDK if I can ever forget her mistake. She is willing to redeem herself. She says she still loves me. She promised she wouldn't do it again. Before this it was a bit difficult I'll admit it, my status and its impact on our relationship grew over time. She cheated on me with her ex. He drove out here, rented a motel room and she met up with him. Hope that answers all your questions.

Leave her bro' once you get your deferred action you can hit any poothang you want. And you may get lucky and find yourself a trust worthy lady.

I know huh lol. And look at me posting this so strangers can read what happened to me. If anything I feel like this is one of the few places I'll be truly understood.
