My packet =)

Just wanted some advice, I had already posted this on another thread but for some reason it didn't let me delete the other one! So this is my packet:

Birth certificate
Passport
Vaccinations -1994-2002
medical records 2006, 2008, 2009
Middle school diploma 1999-2002 (mom lost my elementary one!)
High school transcripts 2002-2006
High school diploma
College transcripts 2008-present
I have about 20 awards but i think i am only sending in 5
bank statements of the month of June-present (good think i bought something on the 15!)
Fall schedule of my classes for this year (print out)

I have a concern: for 2007 I don't have much, I am waiting on cell phone statements from 2007, had to call Sprint to order them, I also plan on getting 2 affidavits from friends for 2007, in case my bill statement from 2007 is not enough
But i do have my moms 1040 for 2007 showing me as dependent

Idk if I'll be good for 2007 with those documents

More than likely you'll be fine since you have solid proof before and after 2007.

Good work.

This is my packet:

1) Original Birth Certificate
2) Translated, notarized, and certified birth certificate.
3) Expired passport with I-94 showing entry in 2004.
4) New renewed valid passport.
5) Official High School Transcript and Diploma.
6) Vaccination Papers.

For the continuous residence, I have the following:

2004 - I-94 showing entry.
2005 - Visa Renewal Document (showing expiration in summer of 2005)
2005-2006 - Middle School Report Card along with attendance letter.
2006-2010 - Official High School Transcript
2010-2011 - Bank Statements (for that school year because I didn't go to college immediately after graduating).
2011-2012 - Official University Transcript
For June 15th, I have a credit card statement showing a transaction at the grocery store.

I personally don't want to turn in bank statements, because they might find my balance to be too high for the economic necessity for the work permit. Plus, I don't want to give the government my bank account info, but I don't have anything showing presence for 2010-2011, so I have no choice.

I also have a New Mexico driver's license which I will not submit, in case they condemn me for going out of state to get a license.

Isn't it June 15? And I'm also wondering if I should cover the last 4 numbers of my account #, and also, is anyone doing any highlighting? I was thinking of highlighting "June 15" purchase along with my name and main info on each document.

My bad, I corrected the mistake. June 15th, not July.

I am hiring a lawyer. I will let everyone know if he says to highlight the specific transaction. Why cover the digits of the account number? They won't be able to verify the account without the entire account number. More reason for them to delay or reject your application. I am very paranoid so I feel that USCIS will do their best to find any reason to reject your application.

DO NOT highlight anything! Whatever information you highlight can result illegible, once scanned, according to what I've read!

This is how I am going to try to prove that I was here on the 15th (in addition I am providing a statement that shows the purchases on June 15th) I scanned a black and white picture of my debit card (which also has a picture of me) along with several receipts that I saved from purchases I made on June 15th with my debit card. The reasons I scanned my debit card along with the receipts on one page, was so the person reviewing my documents, could see that the last four numbers on the receipts (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1234 for example), can see that it matches my debit card number. However, I was thinking of getting a sharpie and crossing out the first 12 numbers from my scanned debit card, and just leave the last four numbers. I don't know if it would be a good idea to leave all numbers on there.

Would it be okay to go over the scanned page containing my debit card and receipts, and using a highlighter to highlight the date, and use a black sharpie to block the first 12 numbers?

This may be a off-topic post, but I don't want to make a thread. I don't have anything that proves my presence on June 15th and shortly before/after June 15th. But, my texting logs are definitely a proof of my presence on that day. What do you think about the texting logs?
