I completed my forms fully last night and now will edit them with fake information, hopefully people who are kind of lost can look at it and get an idea on how to fill it out. I will update this thread with more information through out the day. :-P

Can use google.docs to upload too :) and its viewable in any browser if you select that option.

That was my first option :) but told me that my pdf viewer can't open it in the browser lol I'll but that link to see if it works for others but downloading is so far the best option =/

Yup no problem, any questions try to ask and I'll see if I can answer them or not.

I left it blank because I am already 18, so I took it as that would be your parents/guardians. name if you were under 18 (You would in their care).
