So guys idk what to do....honestly I think im fucked, back in 2010 I really needed a job and me being stupid claimed us citizenship on the application and used a fake ssn. I got hired and worked at the banana republic for about 6 months, but then recieved a letter from the company that something was wrong with my social so I quit. Currently Im working for a cleaning company as a supervisor and have been working there since febuaray of 2012, i used a fake ssn and fake green card to apply. I have used my name though on all the applications and fake documents.

Definitely hire a lawyer. This is something that a layperson cannot handle alone.

That's a tough situation but you did what you did to survive. Was it someone's SSN, or just out of the blue numbers. The green card being fraudulent is a big no no tho.

Get a lawyer..a good one.

I guess thats what I have to do....but I really dont have the money for it, mostly due to the fact that I just payed for my fall semester.

many of us used a fake social #, but idk about the fake green card..

If anything, go to a workshop or a free consultation. Look for one near your area since you're broke.

It was just random numbers, but I dont understand how people use fake ssns without anything else...usually when tou apply for a job you need to pick whether your a citizen or not, if you say no then you need documentation to prove what you are.

It was a small clothing store and i just remember her giving me one sheet and i never claimed us citizenship it had an option for "can u legally work in the u.s.", thinking about it, it was a tax for I filled out? the one where they ask u to put "0's or 1's"
