How are you filling it out? Hand or Computer?
 

I'm trying to help my gf decided on how to fill it out.

I think doing it on the computer would make very clean and neat.

or do we hve to fill it out by hand?

no do it by computer. WAY more cleaner and neater, and easier to read.

I'm using a computer BUT for some answers like the addresses, it will not allow me to type in the Apt. number, don't know why. I'll use a pen for those.

FIRST do it by hand. Check off EVERY line on the instructions. THEN go back to the computer and fill the info in. But send a copy done on the computer!

Yes, at first it may seem in some boxes you can't type. You have to answer the first question in order to trigger the others. Hope this makes sense.
