On Question 9 do I put the US since I am residing in the US|? Or where I currently have residence card ie: my home country?

Another question, On the i-765 under question 15. Current inmigration status. Do I put illegal?

People have mixed response.

A lot have put Unlawful Status
or Unlawful Status DACA applicant

it's your choice, I haven't finished my package yet.

I put 'overstay'. I wouldn't worry too much about this question.

I have been doing a bunch of research and reading the instructions and alot of people have been putting Unlawful Stay or Unlawful Stay: DACA. hope this helps
