if so, are we allowed to re apply for work permit only?? im kinda afraid cuz what if they reject u on getting work permit? one of law office worker told me that they are going to be really picky on giving work permits to students since we will be competing with citizens for jobs .. they dont want u.s citizens to be jobless i am so worried |

" Individuals who demonstrate that they meet the guidelines below may request consideration of deferred action for childhood arrivals for a period of two years, subject to renewal, and may be eligible for employment authorization."
http://uscis.gov/childhoodarrivals You can appeal the EAD denial decision or re-apply on the next registration period, that is if republicans don't mess this shit up. |

I think they will grant work permits to whoever qualify. What's the point of having deffered action and not be able to work

Yeah thats really stupid BUT makes sense. Because they do gotta take that into consideration so I think there will be case where STUDENTS are not subjected to work permits because they won't really be working on their careers jobs if they are studying but it make no sense then how would we study if we can't pay for school or are eligible for any type of federal aid?
I do see this happening to me and most likely only people who have completed college/university will be allow to get work permits. The way I see it is they probably assume. "well it says here you have 2 years to finish so there you go, you don't need a work permit because apparently parents support you so you don't need a work permit as bad as person B with a college degree who is actually ready" this should be interesting |
