Taking Your time??
 

Anyone else has not turn their applications in yet?

I am.
Im just waiting for my medical records to come in then ill turn it in.. Probably Wednesday or Thursday.

I really wanted to mail mine out first thing WED but I am glad I waited because since then I have talked to 2 pro bono lawyers who have given me great advice on cover letter, index and obtaining more evidence as I am in a pickle since I dont have a bank acct. I thought early bird gets the worm but for us older dreamers that have to explain gaps I think its better to take a deep breath and make sure you make the best case possible! Best of luck!

im going to take my time in filling the application and seeing what everyone else's experience was like. its not like they're going to stop accepting applications anytime soon.

is there a deadline for the DACA application? What if someone waits until November 2?

LOL, we early birds will be driving and getting travel documents to travel and having all the fun and we will be hired earlier and there won't have jobs left for you guys.... hahaha just kidding really kidding.

it's really your preogative. me i wanted my application there on the 15th but that would be contradicting so i had it delivered on the 16th. i just want to travel really bad so am trying to rush my application. I have partially filled my travel docement form.

No announced date, but USCIS and the DHS can decide to stop accepting them whenever. Both forms have an expiration date of 02/28/2013, though when the date is reached it is likely that a renewed form will be uploaded.

Taking my time and using my lawyer first to cover all of my complications.

LOL, I've waited this long anyway... might as well get it right!

I'm waiting, but only because there's a line in front of me in CASA Maryland :D, lots of people showed up and even if you showed up on the first day, you'll be on a waiting list and wait 1 or 2 weeks. I also found other lawyers around who will help with the forms, I'm confident that my application is complete and that it's going to be accepted, it's well organized, has all the years and most of the months, I also have all the documents required, etc etc, I just want a lawyer to review it and then I will just send it in.
