Its a state thing. So in my opinion, you would be breaking the law in USCIS's eyes since they are a federal agency

Drug control is a state issue, so USCIS really has no bearings with Mary Jane. If u live in Cali and wanna get a card...then i say "let it blaze my friend...let it blaze." Make a Jamaican such as myself proud. Lol

The irony of that last statement is that i dont smoke, but i bet everyone thought i did once they heard i was Jamaican.

One thing is to get caught with marijuana and not have a medical marijuana card. That would be an illegal act. If you have the card and you abide to the terms then there is no problem.
