Received G1145 today...
 

I sent my application from California to the Phoenix Lockbox. The email said "Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Nebraska Service Center for processing." Is that where California applications are being processed?

Well according to every notice I've seen All cases were being router to NSC. But today I started seeing some California reroutes.

I'm in Cali and my case was routed to Cali today from the Pheonix Lockbox.

I'm in Cali and I went to NSC, like everyone else regardless of state.

It appears that the caseload for Nebraska might of reach a limit and now the next batch of cases are going to the next Service Center.

My guess is that we won't see another service center for maybe 2 or 3 weeks.
Most apps were sent 15-18th, and from there I would say the volume got reduced by more than half.
