Feds release deferred action application tips
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services released a list of tips Monday for those applying for deferred action status, along with a video on the process.
The info from USCIS: Filing your request for consideration of deferred action for childhood arrivals involves several steps. You need to submit multiple forms, evidence and fees. Small mistakes in preparing your request could lead to it being rejected. That is really helpful I wished I saw this before submitting especially "You may submit separate checks of $380 and $85, or one single check of $465." I know people on DAP were stressing out over one check vs two separate checks
